The Freedom of Information Act

In August 2007, the Minister of Justice published a statement defining the Company for Location and Restitution of Holocaust Victims’ Assets Ltd. as a Public Authority for purposes of the Freedom of Information Act of May 1998, excluding information regarding the assets of Holocaust victims which will be made public by the Company in accordance with sections 19 and 25 of the law, which relates solely to assets of Holocaust victims.
